To order a uniform please talk with your Coach. Note that uniform orders are processed only when a current payment authorization form is on file with us, or a check has been received at Allstars United Education Foundation, PO Box 21402, San Jose, CA 95151. We highly recommend having a payment authorization form on file as it takes substantially longer when a payment is made by check.

NO CHANGES can be made and NO REFUNDS are provided after a uniform has been ordered. So, please make sure you have the correct size and number before ordering.
